How much of the tactical gear is actually needed? It seems like a body type splitting into roles might be useful for the military. The women and manlets having light/minimal gear or driving vehicles, the commando types doing their thing, and then the heavies for the big stuff

When I was in the ZOG Force I saw females from many branches and all of them were worthless. They struggled to meet the already watered down physical requirements and had a general lack of "heart". That was every female I encountered except on single exception. Ironically it was a short kinda skinny girl but bitch had heart and never gave up. So basically 1 out of 100 female soldiers is worth wasting an MRE on.
