I normally don’t watch random dumb shit posted to Any Forums, especially older videos, but I bit. There’s just so many things wrong going on here. He’s almost whispering as he’s talking about this, his demeanor apologetic and fearful. Finds a homeless strip while tracking the bike, and while waiting around somebody ODs and others break out into a fight and pull a gun. He’s open to trying to pay the thief to get his bike back. He only contacts the cops because the area is too rough, and promises to not press charges. The cops return his bike but the guy who stole it is apparently let free. I don’t know why anybody even bothers to live there. It’s a perfect portrait of how soft-on-crime results in normal people living in fear.
