It's simple: ban circumcision. They are suckers for their own stupid religious rules. If you criminalize their #1 requirement to become a Jew, then long-term you end up with less Jews. Think of it as a ban on Jewishness reproduction. No country has ever been able to do this. Iceland came close, but they failed at last minute.
This would a strategic blow that hinders the future of jews in the country, butthis must be done be using their own weapons against them: gender identity.
Everyone can get on board with banning circumcision if it's rebranded as Genital Mutilation. Female Genital Mutilation is already banned in the US, so it follows naturally that if this is a crime, boys should be protected form it too, all for equality.
Furthermore, given the fluid gender-identity culture, when circumcising a baby who knows if the baby identifies as a woman?
We need to protect our babxes (whatever their gender identity) from this Religious fueled torture that leaves life-long scars, and hinders their sexual future.
To win this battle, we should start by rallying the Gay community. They love sex, they love foreskins, they love boys, they hate religion. How can any gay human support the butchery of little foreskins in the name of the Jew Religion?

(((They))) will make banning circumcision almost impossible. The most realistic political solution is to make circumcision prohibitively expensive. States where Medicaid doesn't cover circumcisions tend to have their circumcision rates cut in half. When people actually have to pay to mutilate their kid, they don't bother. That's how much American "parents" care about their kids. A life-changing decision for their child, and it comes down to a few hundred dollars.
