But atheism became the new normal, so there's no need for the counter culture anymore. The atheists had a big problem, in that those who made it their primary identity were considered uncool and basically uninteresting. When everyone is an atheist, it's not rebellious anymore. Nowadays their viewpoints are considered tame. They also suck at advertising themselves and creating content. Contrapoints and other "breadtubers" work together to spread their influence and shutout opposition. Very few of them, like Destiny, actually talk to opposition. Eventually, if they don't keep up with the times, they'll find a similar fate as the atheists.
