To be honest, many videos are/have been fake, and many of them simply misidentified objects. But sure, some of them are showing weird shit that's not been doctored.

It was like a Skype call. The coneheaded alien was on the bottom right of the screen grunting and making weird sounds while some guy vomited in a sink in the main screen. You could only see the top of his head(the alien) It was cone-shaped and It had what looked like black mold on it.
