What else are you going to drink? Puddle water? Soda? Fruit juice? Milk? The alternatives contain just as much, if not more, poison.

Those bottles of spring water usually come from tap anyway, and are then in bottles that leech excess plastics into the water. Much, much worse than sous vide. Buy activated charcoal filters in a portable filter, or install a RO system.
