I've only been here since 2015/6, so I'm hardly an OG oldfag, but I think it's fair to say the decline of the board over the last few months is unprecedented. The overwhelming majority of threads are just spam at this point. Typically 1-post-by-this-ID, tiresomely familiar lefty bait/deliberate derailment. A burger user provided a decent list here... ...though you all know what I'm talking about. And it's not just the threads, but many of the individual posts (e.g. those by the idiot who posts pics of that mediocre German tomboy in every thread he encounters). Now, it's true that I could set up some filters, but even assuming that worked 100% for me personally, Any Forums would still be a fucking dumpster fire for the vast majority of users, with legit posters of all stripes drowned out/discouraged by this endless deluge of spam - which unchecked will surely lead to the end of this place as a rallying point for anyone opposed to ZOG/globohomo. Which - since they can't win us over via argument - is almost certainly the ultimate goal here.
While censorship in any other sense is the last thing we need, I think it's high time jannies started aggressively range-banning IPs that repeatedly spam the same threads - and issuing much longer/potentially lifetime bans. Nearly all of these threads are "off-topic and/or Any Forums-tier threads" as defined by the old rules anyway (and I note that the text at the top has changed, so the jannies do seem to be finally waking up). How about it?
Every time the social media opinion scrapers and Russian troll farms run out of money it gets quiet, and all you can hear are folks like me who have been here since the beginning. Maybe you just don't belong here.

Having metathreads to tutorial newfags in how to spot and not to bump shill threads could be one thing. Making actual worthwhile threads are another. Haven't seen a Any Forumsquotes thread in ages. Media manipulation thread. Far-out schizo thread about technology the NWO supposedly has. We need threads like these, and they need to be bumped as well. If there's at least a couple good threads on page 1 it'll help a lot.
