People who say this sort of thing on social media aren’t being sincere. Their mothers were shit cooks, too, and they’re playing off a trope that hasn’t been relevant since boomers were fresh mothers. Since Gen X women have been incompetent homemakers. They like to pretend this is still a part of their identity but their only identity is collecting semen.

Race to the bottom, both parents force to work full time to make ends meet no energy or time to cook proper meals afterwork become overly dependent on preprocessed meals and fast food. Never bother teaching children to cook for aformentioned reasons and you end up where we are today.

I was never really taught how to cook. I remember we had 1 class in high school or something, and my group pretty much fucked it up and stuff was still raw. Nothing taught about how to know when it's no longer raw, etc. Just a "you suck".
At home there's no reason to learn either, you either get food, or you've left home.

YouTube has hundreds of thousands of cooking videos and even without that crutch, cooking generally isn't very difficult. You can make it difficult if you want, but unless you're trying to be a chef at a starred restaurant, there's no reason to do that.

I know how to cook very well and so does my fiance. She was a chef in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea. We're actually preparing to open up a restaurant.

Teaching women how to be domestic was part of the school system. As was teaching men how to be men. shop and home economics. The kikes took it away and relaxed it with dancing in gym class and gender studies.
