"mRNA" is the technology. THE PROGRAMMING is the part that has not been tested properly. In the case of the Covid vax, it's the genetic programming that produces the same spike protein found on the surface of the SARS-C0v-2 virus. That is a NEW virus - thus a NEW so-called vaccine. Untested, rushed, adverse events hid and lied about. STILL EUA and will never be fully FDA Approved.
