No definition is actually given for what fascism is, a convenient tactic to label anything I don't like as "fascism."
Very common for postmodernists to not understand that words have meaning, the ADL and other groups can change definitions on a whim whenever threatened using scary language.
All of the threatened groups mentioned in the lecture didn't exist in any meaningful sense until the 21st century, they are all based on identity politics, again just a postmodernist manufactured issue. If I can change my identity into something intangible except my own perceptions, then I can make myself marginalized and threatened.
Conclusion: Nothing happening as described in the lecture is actually fascism.
