I stopped posting about the particular thing that I think they targeted me for and it stopped happening, I am fairly sure it’s a contingency protocol for certain topics
example: user posts good threads about certain topic, glowies can see that images are being saved and distributed from these threads, they mark user as a potential danger
monitor for a few weeks, if dangerous behavior continues they put pressure on, if behavior stops than the pressure stops

There's a spooks living across the road from me, when ever I leave my house she comes outside.
Literally everytime I do something in the neighborhood she appears to stand at a distance, so I thought that its weird.
She did this to me for over 15 years, since I was a teen, 2 months ago I snapped and for the first time in 15 years I walk up and approach this lady, as soon as I got 10 feet close to her she ran into her house.
Never even said anything just got close to her and I haven't seen her ever since.
