Yep. And it's not just hot button issue topics either, it's everything. I run a niche sports website where I'm one of the few sources of information on some different subjects and Google will not pull up results on some things for no real reason.
Youtube's search is also destroyed. No matter what you search for, you will find topics you recently checked out no matter if they are unrelated. It is not possible to find a lot of stuff anymore because of it.

which begs the question: why are there no results for climate change on page 64? how does a search engine determine if there are results? is a search the sum total of all its pages, or is bing searching again with each new page? does every previous page disappear from the collective search results? i know there are philosophical aspects to this. like maybe a ship of theseus or a schrodingers cat situation
Jack Nelson
when i go to page 5 of a 10 page long search result, what happens to pages 1 - 4? are they still there? do they even exist? is each page an isolated incident? on its own separate search time line? what connects each page? and what causes a page to disconnect from the search and yield no search results?
Adam Wright
Youtube is so bad I look for funny videos and they're scrubbed out of existence. I make music a playlist and videos get randomly culled.
Google is totally worthless now
