Despite the stable oil exports, the raw material rents dropped by 22% in annual terms, to 771 billion rubles. This was caused by the turn of the "gas valve" in the direction of European countries, which caused Gazprom's exports to plummet to the levels of the early 1980s. By the end of the month, the budget collected only 57.3 billion rubles in export duties on gas - the lowest amount since the pandemic crisis.
