I work in the medical field and today we had to watch seminar about STDs ( facility is worried about the rise of monkeypox).
Unexpectedly the video spat out 15 uninterrupted minutes of based facts. In the 15 minute segment It basically said gay men are at the highest risk for STD and that 8 out of 10 transgender people have an STD. It made a point that you have to be extra careful handling these patients and to watch out for sharps that are used with anyone who identifies as LGBT. It also said that a majority of the LGBT especially trannies abuse drugs and alcohol.
I knew it was bad for fags and worse for trannies but holy shit. 80% of the community is a walking bleeding infected wound. No wonder half of them off themselves.

I'd say it's likely because they don't exactly have conservative christian morals about having only monogamous sex within a marriage, what with inverting the whole notion of men and women in the first place.
