President Can Declassify Anything

>Department of the Navy v. Egan, 484 U.S. 518 (1988)
>The President, after all, is the "Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States." U.S.Const., Art. II, § 2. His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security and to determine whether an individual is sufficiently trustworthy to occupy a position in the Executive Branch that will give that person access to such information flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant.
This is the flimsiest investigation yet. If it were any other person in the government they could try to railroad them, but a President is expressly immune to this.

Imagine getting mad over Clinton's emails but defending Trump literally taking Top Secret compartmentalized information.

kek he’s gonna die in jail chud

but what if Biden says the documents are reclassified?

trump isn't the president

sooo, wheres the notice of declassification?

Hillary wasn't President. A secretary of State isn't afforded these same protections.
It's why Obama was able to take a bunch of files, including reports on Benghazi, to his Presidential Library.
The President is quite literally above most laws.

It's not top secret if it has been declassified, tranny faggot.

Clinton's emails were demonstrably insecure and she was in the wrong for ever having set up a private server. The documents Trump had were secure, locked away in his private estate, with several locks and layers of security, never leaked and he the documents were objectively declassified by Trump himself.

no. the president can't actually declassify everything. There is stuff that only the NSA and CIA can declassify. There is stuff that only the whatever national homeland something security committee can declassify which is 6 people in congress.

Yeah, for the Espionage stuff I can see the connective tissue of a conspiracy to sell modern nuclear breeder/warhead designs to the Saudis.

>The casual dismissal of the Kashoggi butchering
>The 2019 Saudi / Nuclear whistleblower report
>Trump pumping the Saudi golf league (LIV)
>The last LIV league match originally scheduled to occur at Trump's Miami course
>2 Billion sweet-heart "investment" given to Kushner

There is something here, I think he sold modern tech to the Saudis to jumpstart their nuclear program to the Saudis could blow up Israel. The weird shit with the LIV Tournaments & the 2 Billion the Saudis gave Kushner for seemingly nothing are the most compelling stuff for me. The Whistleblower report could be nothing, I honestly don't know.

Plus nuclear stuff is some of the few items the Pres can't just declassify.

>sitting in a shed by his pool
>the FBI cut one master lock to get in

Wow! Very secure! Whoa!

We'll see about that, Jack.

He was at the time the documents were loaded into boxes by federal agents and sent to him.
Or do you think Trump loaded them all up himself?
Retard.
Post in which federal statue where that is required of the president.
Oh, you can't
Want to know why?
The president is the ultimate authority of declassification. His word alone is statue.

>trying to get Trump on some technicality with documents he ordered declassified
It’s like they want an uprising. They are so scared of those Crossfire Hurricane documents that they went to this length to stop them from going public.

You can't declassify anything under the Atomic act lol.

then why didn't he return them after he lost?

Congrasts US, here is your new anthem: youtube.com/watch?v=PQveeyQmj-M

You don't get retroactively charged for crimes in this country. At that point they could come collect them, but that has never been done since those files are meant for the Presidential Library.
Those boxes were moved on January 19, 2021. Trump was President at that time. Unless you can show him moving boxes after Biden is sworn in it's a nothing burger.
You don't need a notice. Even the Atlantic says the President can waive his hand over a U-Haul and everything inside is declassified.

Clinton was not the President

Its on the document to say its been declassified
by your statement it would be on the cover sheet
So, show it
By the same, Biden can classify at will
>we just beleive there is no such thing as evidence of declassification
Why are you reading the atlantic?
That sounds Jewish

Imagine self-castrating because of your mental illness, then being so butthurt about your bad decision that you come to Any Forums to seethe about your axe wound, as if that will bring back your unmutilated genitals, you freak.
