I know what happened now. Trump ordered those things declassified and kept copies. The Feds are intentionally delaying it. They found that Trump had copies of something they don’t want public.

Does anyone have that picture of a mother holding her son in place while getting the clotshot and screaming?
Demented pants shitting Joe singlehandedly erased Trump from existence, what do?

Liz Cheney getting replaced by Hageman is like a plate full of runny made-from-food-eaten-at-a-questionable-pakistani-restuarant-yesterday shit being replaced with a plate of some very stale, dry, slightly moldy bread.
They are both unappetizing and not something you would ever hope to be served for dinner. But it is such a relief that you don't have to eat the shit anymore that you almost (almost) forget about the bread being terrible. A huge improvement but still a far cry from it being a "YES! I'M SO FUCKING HYPED TO HAVE THAT PERSON BE MY REPRESENTATIVE"
That being said, It's gonna be so nice to be free of Liz Cheney. It's gonna be awesome.
if the core of this is going to be a dispute on whether documents are declassified or not that will be the thing argued in court that they needed to raid for this, and then lie about it, makes me actually believe the schizo story that it is something embarrassing to the FBI that they have repeatedly tried to prevent from getting out but really if the government is playing dirty games and playing them smart, it probably will not involve these directly (they'd just be taken and hidden away/burned or w/e) and instead on nonsense trivialities, fabricated evidence, or the mundanities of filing procedure on other documents
well the sad reality of wyoming politics is that its pretty much a bought and paid for fiefdom. Teton county in Wyoming is basically the rich-whites fallout shelter. Lots of billionaires own estates there. And since the population is so small, it's the easiest state to pass around. Normal regular Wyomingites don't have much of a chance against DC Swamp creatures like Cheney or Hageman.
Even if they were declassified there is still laws that presidential records must be preserved and kept with the appropriate government agencies. He could still be in violation of that.
Also since the FBI went and raided him it's unlikely Trump actually ordered them declassified. If he did they would all be stamped "declassified" and recorded as such.
Trump allies are making the absolutely retarded claim that a president can just decided in their head to declassify something and it's done....which makes no sense. That means tomorrow Obama could come out and say 'oh yeah btw on my last day I declassified every piece of intelligence related to Trump just trust me bro'

The Feds are so scared of letting the Crossfire Hurricane stuff getting out.

GOVNA ABBOTT HAS TO PASS SCHOOL VOUCHER. THEN WE DESTROY PUBLIC SCHOOLS VIA THE STATE AND THEN VIA FEDERAL AFTER MIDTERMS. SCHOOL VOUCHERS. THE NIGGERS AND SPICS ARE SO AFRAID OF SCHOOL VOUCHERS. FUCK THESE FUCKERS
Matthew Cox
The president can, but formal president cannot. He will be tried, convicted then sent to prison for life, simple as.
>Also since the FBI went and raided him it's unlikely Trump actually ordered them declassified. If he did they would all be stamped "declassified" and recorded as such. already told you why. The Feds are slow walking the declassification. They aren’t gonna allow the public to see evidence of treason.
Jonathan Hill
I mean if the documents are declassed and are preserved by the presidential records act. Then why couldn't you just FOIA them? Not only that but now they are records of an investigation and could potentially be records in a court case. Could a judge seal a public record? Congress could potentially subpoena those records also.
>government packs shit for him to take home >oy vey you stole shit your self it wasn't us who conveniently put it among your belongings in the first place
Because there is a process to declassify them. The Feds have to take certain legal steps. The problem is, they aren’t doing it. They aren’t gonna let you see the Crossfire Hurricane stuff.
>Today we face a threat America has never seen before. A former president, who provoked a violent attack on this Capitol in an effort to steal the election, has resumed his aggressive effort to convince Americans that the election was stolen from him. He risks inciting further violence. Millions of Americans have been misled by the former president. They have heard only his words, but not the truth, as he continues to undermine our democratic process, sowing seeds of doubt about whether democracy really works at all. I am a conservative Republican and the most conservative of conservative principles is reverence for the rule of law. The Electoral College has voted. More than sixty state and federal courts, including multiple judges he appointed, have rejected the former president's claims. The Department of Justice in his administration investigated the former president's claims of widespread fraud and found no evidence to support them. The election is over. That is the rule of law. That is our constitutional process. Those who refuse to accept the rulings of our courts are at war with the Constitution.
