This was never meant to be discovered because it was thought that no one outside their circles would take the presidency and be able to declassify or notice the corruption that had happened. The one saving grace to all the election tampering they're doing is I don't think they'll be able to keep getting away with it. The American elections are so large in scale and so broken up into chains that, eventually, they'll slip up in a way they simply can't deflect.
