This is a nonsense argument that you're making. Again, the constitution says nothing about any of this. The constitution supercedes all statutes including the Atomic Energy Act. It supercedes all law in the United States of America. And that is precisely what the Supreme Court will tell the FBI if they try to prosecute this case in any way.
