This is what happens when a federal agency and the administrative state gets too big.
> Ask Judge for search warrant of hundreds of safety deposit boxes. > Ask judge to "inventory" the safety deposit boxes to look for stolen property. > Warrant Granted under those terms. > Search not affiliated with a criminal or civil investigation of any kind. > Nobody charged with a crime. > FBI Issues Memorandiums to staff executing warrant > Look for drug residue, strong odors, paraphenalia, etc. > Bring Drug dogs along to sniff evidence. > Anything to "document" property is guilty until prooven innocent. > Break open Sealed Deposit boxes with names\owners on them in violation of warrant terms. > Take pictures and copies of Password lists, sensative legal documents, etc. > Literally Seized 100's of millions of dollars in cash and gold. > Institute for Justice Sued FBI For return of all material as part of class action. > Discover FBI Literally Planned this as a bank heist.
The bottom just keeps dropping out. Stop the ride, accelerationists! I want off!

Also something to be said since we're getting to that hour where people are getting stupid and desperate.
We're americans, and since the war for independance, we've aimed for the top. You pop off a General, Major or Coronel and it puts the enemy into incredible disarray, then they run off, or do stupid shit, and you capture and kill them. This is how we're fighting the Russians with HIMARS; we don't aim for the artillery, we aim for the command posts.
So if it becomes necissary, popping off rounds at the FBI HQ is not the way to go about it; that is a corporate press distraction. Whenever you see these mass shootings, those are not Americans doing it, or reporting on it.
You need to do the research and digging, find the specific groups of criminals, and at least attempt to hold them accountable through the courts. This process is necissary because it uncovers shit like above for all to see, and then when the political winds change from the ground up, you build a better country because of it. If and only if we discover there is no alternative, you cut the head off or burn out the root of the tree.
In this specific case it appears the property is being returned as seperation of powers is working, but keep in mind the Judicial Branch is the last step and is what is keeping this nation together.
For clarfication, the reason you prosecute them is to gather evidence of how they got around or compromised the system. You want to know the specifics so the specifics can get into legislation, loopholes can get closed, or entirely old branches of government wound down and new ones wound up. This way, when the county goes through a renewal, you have few criminals and strong laws, and it takes a long time before they figure out how to fuck things up again.
Today most countries demographics are in collapse. Globalism fosters mercantilism (trying to monpolize markets in another country), and mercantilism destroys meritocracy and causes fertility rates to plummet because urban centers can't make invent tech and solve urban problems that would allow them to grow which makes having kids expensive. Most countries are staring down a famine as well, and the only place with a shot at maintaining a 1st world living standard and keeping the shelves stocked is the US.
These countries would love NOTHING MORE Than for the US To have a civil war and balkanize\fragment, it would make us easy pickings.
The Donor party is playing sugardaddy and shit like this is meant to destroy institutions intentionally. The FBI is supposed to protect us against foreign influence, it is obviously not doing its intended job and is instead facilitating that.
If you want to do something, donate a chunk of change to the Institute for Justice and treat them like a 401k. Every paycheck you toss $50 to them. If we spent more on institutions like this, we'd have a lot less BS Going on.

So I didn't take the time to look but I imagine one could probably go on PACER, spend a few bucks and look it up. Federal government is going to have a hell of a time keeping the documents sealed after the case is over with. The proceedings are still going on as is typical in the courts (this prevents people from fucking with the case). It'll take years for people to get their property back. The criminals always try to push cases out as long as possible to run the gambit on statute of limitations.
This is one of those things Biden should be going after hard, really easy to fire everyone on the case, give the property back, and call it done. It's an easy win for him and all the BS With Raiding Mar-a-lago pales in comparison to a bank heist like this. Sure some of the people storing their goods there might not be innocent, but that isn't teh point. We have due process of law. This is what the conservative press should be pushing hard to brand the Biden admin as literal criminals.

The raid happened last year and litigation has been ongoing.
