Why do people encourage house hoarding so much? Do they not realize being a landlord of an apartment complex is for profit while houses are for living in?

Such a trick doesnt work here because rents are lower than mortgages. I was very surprised to find its not like that in USA, doesnt make sense to me, why would anyone rent for more than a mortage in a country with extremely low mortgage down payments.

Here, you have to put at least 25% down payment and you still have to pay the bank because rents

I never said it was easy, I said it's moral theft. Though many people have the misconception that it is easy because they think it's super easy to find good tenants, make legal agreements, call up repairs without being present, and instantly profit by charging 200$ above their mortgage. Oh and they think any house is instantly desirable and good people will rent your home.

Because most people in America cant afford a mortgage that is in an area that won’t be full of subhuman shitskins within the next 20 years

Farming isn't theft because it provides and gives back to the community. Hoarding property does nothing for the community. Demolishing homes to build rental properties does nothing for the community. Hoarding multiple houses so you don't have to save money until you die is a moral theft. Sell your house, don't hoard it unless you need it.

You fail to realize that removing a product for sale permanently does not help the economy or give back to anyone. There is a difference between making an investment via supplying money and trust they will multiply the money, and purchasing every single car in the country and telling everyone they can only pay to use it but never own it. Money drain and wealth hoarding. Allow steady flow of products or produce resources.

It's acceptable to sell your house for profit, you give someone. Unacceptable to accumulate houses and never sell them and make hoarding land a business by exploiting someone's basic need.

I got lucky and have a good older tenant. I could get 60% more for renting to someone else but hes genuinely a good human and i’m glad to have someone i know isnt gonna ruin my house. Go fuck yourself. Insurance and realestate are the fastest most productive way to become a millionaire. You provide a service. When people are valuable they'll make enough to buy property. If you were smart you dumb commy, you'd buy a duplex and live in one side. You rent the other and love for free. Live there long enough and you own it outright and pay no capital gains on the profit. Why don't you work extra hard and save the down payment, pay your bills so you build credit, then live for fucking free?
