Why can't we use balloons/planes to put the space rocket as high as possible and start the engines there? Won't this save a lot of fuel and thus "save the Planet"?

bam, zero rocket fuel needed
fund it
Great for suborbital sounding rockets, almost no advantage for delivering payloads to orbit. rockets dont just go straight up.
If we build a space elevator black ppl will be upset. Since American culture revolves around niggers we can never go to space again
we should just put the earth in space so that we dont need to launch rockets at all
>rockets dont just go straight up
embrace the cognitive dissonance, sciencefag
It won't work. The rocket will just hit the firmament.
Turning earth inside out so space is on the inside is the way to go. Then we can launch rockets like soda bottles. No fuel required.
Not really, altitude isn't the problem, getting to orbital speed is.
Would it work if we build a giant fucking pyramid into space in every 4 corners of tge Earth for balance?
Troll physics posts are the best
first
where would you get the materials to build it from
you cant say earth, since you want to make a structure in addition to what the current volume of earth is
second
if you build something this big, it will only increase the mass of earth, making it harder to send anything into space in the first place
third
the kangz would hijack the pyramids and shieet
Can't we get the material by making the Ocean deeper and thus preventing sea levels from ever harming us again?
>where would you get the materials to build it from
Disassemble Mercury lol
>if you build something this big, it will only increase the mass of earth, making it harder to send anything into space in the first place
I think the goal here is bypassing the atmosphere, a "little" tradeoff in delta V is worth it to ditch the atmospheric launches.

why is not the centrifugal power at the equator make rockets go up in space after the balloon lift it somewhat? should work if not earth is flat...
