Russia, Iran and Belarus should do the kind of banking privacy Switzerland used to offer.

There are plenty of ways to hide money. You can have a holding company based in a place like Cyprus or Panama, you could take physical cash or gold and hide it somewhere. There are endless creative ways to hide money and still be able to spend it.
