When I feel oppressed as a worker it's not because of my immediate boss but because of utterly useless women co-workers I have to clean up after in the name of "solidarity".
Several are just shit stirrers who find excuses to start shit with other departments while managing less than 1/7th the workload I do in the same amount of time and that's not counting the times i've had to help them by figuring out their work and explaining it to them step by step to not come across as the office asshole and get a target on my back from their cliques.

I've met some commies before (once or twice irl) and a few online and they're the total opposite of what MLs were back in the day, which was hardcore nationalists with traditional backbones where work/family/nation came first.
Most of the commies I meet today (for all their theorycelling or whatever) are just progressives larping in marxism/marxist economic theory when they would have been absolutely despised and been labeled as subversives or whatever and sent to the gulag or labor camps to die in whatever they think maoist china or the soviet union was 60-70 years ago
