I've been following the 10% rule for months now : when doing groceries, add to what you usually need an extra 10% of non-perishable food to be stocked
energy is the big bummer tho, I have a few cannisters in the basement but that's about it, oh well, my house is correctly insulated so with blankets I should be fine
