The pathways for myocarditis and pericarditis in relation to adenoviral and lipid nano bubble delivery is well understood. It has nothing to do with COVID and everything to do with intravenous administration of the vaccine... There is white papers going back a decade regarding adenoviral delivery and associated myocarditis. It is one of the main reasons you dont see this "amazing" technology in use for anything else but vaccines as vaccines can be done intramuscular.
