They are safe and, depending on the model, comfy too. Their maintenance is easy and cheap, and it's usually cheaper than gas. If niggers can't install them properly, that's not my problem. They steal it from electric companies. Some favelados pay for it or they simply patch their own cables from other areas to distribute among themselves, while most of them will never pay electricity or water bills, and companies won't dare to undo their mess. Air-conditioning is also a common thing, and their shacks have no seals, so you can imagine the waste. The rest of their city (not favela) pay the price for this.
