The air force tried to recreate the damage the OKC bomb did with the same type of bomb and concluded an air last couldn't do that type of damage. The concrete pillars were 8 feet thick and stuffed with 6 inch rebar. There were pillars that were untouched - between - the bomb and pillars that were destroyed by the blast.
