3k to 4k armored vehicle losses seem plausible and match up with the last six months of photographic evidence.
Personnel losses seem high, that number probably includes soldiers who fled the country rather than fight, others who are absent without leave, and the soldiers who hurt themselves to get out of fighting.
The Russian Soldier Morale in the first few weeks of the war was extreme shit. Some of them were convinced Putin just wanted to kill them all.
Jury is still out on that and depends whether the trial can establish of Putin is Jewish or not. He sort of is, by law, but he also sort of isn't.
