No one is “out to destroy him” he committed a textbook case of defamation. Which he potentially could have fought in court and won, but he sabotaged himself the entire way. He was given numerous chances to cooperate with the discovery process of the trial over the course of MANY YEARS but he refused to even participate in that, the most basic and rudimentary aspects of it. He ignored requests to produce records and documents, he routinely blew off court dates and lied about his reasons for doing so. He so thoroughly and utterly disrespected the court for so many years that he received a summary default judgement of guilty. It was completely avoidable, and 100% his fault because it was brought on by his habitual and routine disrespect of the court. No clue why he let it get to this. Did he think it would just go away?
