If you're white you can generate up to 30,000IUs within 20-25 minutes of sun exposure. The "science" behind "too much" vitamin D is slowly being proven to be bullshit.

And vitamin D is technically an animal hormone.

Problem is that if you dose it synthetically then you also need to dose other things because artificial intake lowers other nutrients, whereas in nature you'd most likely be eating the correct food and being exposed to the sun without copious amounts of clothing or a lack of privacy to do so.

Basically, if you take synthetic vit D then do it like this:

Vitamin D3-K2 (50,000IU) + MK-7 (15000mcg/15mg) + Zinc/Zn-50 (50mg) + Copper/Cu-1.5 (10mg)

The risk of excessive vit D is just extra calcium absorption, so just don't take calcium supplements or eat a ton of calcium dence foods while on it. The point of a 50k IU routine of vit D is to grow your dick by like half an inch in a couple of months, aka the other reason the joos downplay vid D
