Dont know anything about Australia prehistory but maybe Homo erectus traveled to Australia from landbridge or there was some sort of convergent evolution with whatever Homo species ended up there that just resembles the ancestry of Homo erectus. Uncharted x has a pretty good channel on YouTube and he covers it, he goes to Egypt a lot and he brought over some Egyptologist’s that translated the glyphs. Apparently it tells a story of a group of sailors lost and shipwrecked on a foreign land. Other people think it was some hippies in the 70’s but the experts say some glyphs their were discovered after the 70’s and the scribe work is high quality, potentially a scribe was on the boat to document the journey.
