Rest in peach

Well, it takes ages to get anything done. Even large businesses take weeks to return simple phone calls. Wonder what's driving that.

damn atleast it aint america we are far worse

maybe stop shopping at woolies and find a locally owner grocer

>damn atleast it aint america we are far worse
>grown in the united states of america
kek

Lol only morons shop at whoolies

Worker shortage, the covid stimulus has the economy running rampant and its driving inflation through the roof. Add onto that China's economy slowing down, the floods and the Ukraine war and things are getting out of hand. The issue is there were already so many bubbles being inflated pre covid that it could be the perfect storm for a massive recession given the effect rate hikes and inflation will have on consumer spending. It's still dubious where things will end up though as this situation is fairly unprecedented and there are so many outside influences on prices and also the covid situation creating unusual winners and losers in the economy.

Gross American fruit. Not much to discuss.
What you are talking about seems more than likely orchestrated.

I cant even imagine the kind of decrepit soul that pays $20kg for stale imported peaches.

collapse is when they don't sell peaches

But stuff in season . Don’t buy imported if you can avoid it. And never, ever, buy imported prawns.

When the borders are eroded its always globohomo.
>Virus worldwide
>Massive gibs worldwide
>Green energy worldwide
>Massive debt worldwide
>Massive inflation worldwide
In the last 2 years shit has gone up around 50% here. From houses to food. That's ridiculous. That's not muh bubble. That's someone forcing change on us and being very methodical about it.

Which makes it impossible to hire people to help you unless you're a large corporation.

In many industries the largest input cost is wages, yes, but I’ve been stuck in manufacturing for a few years and COG aka raw materials has been increasing at no less than 10% a quarter. Granted, this has been caused by some convenient fires at major production hubs for raw materials and increased freight costs, but yeah, seems to be somewhat cartel in shape

Yeah you aren't wrong mate, although I think that most of what is happening in Australia are normal market responses to very abnormal and corrupt events. I don't think there's neccicarily some evil secret society within Australia plotting to financially ruin us via lettuce shortages. That isn't to say that there isnt a wider agenda at play to replace true blue Aussies and water down our culture

what's up with prawns?

We are basically only just getting the inflation crunch the US got earlier in the year. It's gonna be brutal kek. All the million dollar mortgage niggers will be crying for a bailout

Just eat what's in season. Fucking hell mate.

Actual trade war is happening. Global markets are being dismantled to cut out China.

White spot disease user. Literal turd fed Thai and Vietnamese prawns have fucked a number of wild populations up and down the east coast
