I'm afraid to write it on twitter, so i'll do it here. My friend lives in a military town town near Asuncion. Volunteers live there. She says, over 2000 of them were sent to Ukraine, and only 150 returned. How many died, how many wounded, or just refused in rotation - she does not know. A man she knows is very scared, he will be sent to war in several weeks. Looks like our military forces are totally fucked up. If Bolivia will come for El Chaco, we have nothing to fight back.
