Is it crime to encounter things on the internet accidentally?

The shit I've seen on this website and various anime porn sites. I've never seen anything that I know to have been illegal by canuck law, but I'm half inclined to leave this website all together.
Am I being paranoid or realistic? Especially with Canada trying to ban Holocaust denial and the Alex Jones defamation suit (which will be used against Any Forums).

Wait wtf.
Why is everyone mad?

You are a slave, m8. Freedom of speech/information is sacred. Who cares if some powerful trash parasites want you jailed for it.

You know too much.
Lord help you of you've seen the alien pictures.

unless you specifically seek it out. they really can't do shit desu
>your honor, my client miss clicked that link. the 5 second delay in closing the browser wasn't him quickly jerking off to it. he was in shock, and it took him a few seconds to process what he was seeing

Actus reus = guilty act
Mens rea = guilty mind

Almost all crimes require both. No intent = no crime (unless you were "wilfully blind")

This is a glowiie trying to see what pics you have

Yea sure you 'accidentally' clicked that cp link fuckin nonce

Welcome zoomer.

we told you the rake was coming.

You're a fucking dumb Leaf. Unless you're an enemy of the government or sone powerful figure, why the fuck would anyone press charges on a pleb like you for "accidentally " viewing illicit content?

Good. I went on Any Forums once and quickly returned to Any Forums after because that board is really gross now.
Basically, I'm curious as to whether there are any cases of people being prosecuted because they were on Any Forums and saw some gross shit.
Are there cases of people arrested for using Any Forums at all?

underage

Speaking from real experience here.
>be me
>2003
>google things kids think of like
>"big teenage breast."
except change the word teenager to a specific age that we all know is illegal.
>actually have cops called
>everyone think it's my father
>clearly say "no it was me."
all charges dropped, but forced to see counseling.

The TLDR
If it's on your IPS data or on your computer, it can be used against you. Flat out. No argument can really save you outside of something crazy like what happened to my family.
Now the difference is they aren't searching for people who looked at one specific image. They want people regularly shooting keywords out there if you get my drift.
They want people trying to download very specific movies with very specific titles.
Because odds are those people are the kinds who have regular amounts of these products.

With how much loli porn posted on Any Forums i've thought for years i'd go to jail.
Nah bro, just don't look at it and if you see something by accident. Exit out. do a quick history delete. Log off for the night.
And remove cookies never hurts.

Every cop has told me ignorance of a crime being committed doesn’t imply innocence.

no, there isn't. now go to bed. the adults need to say racist things

Aren't the fucking ads here illegal in your shithole?

You are being way overblown completely and totally paranoid, beyond any shadow of any reasonable doubt. You are so far beyond paranoid on this it's actually laughable. Go live your life.

>Nah bro, just don't look at it and if you see something by accident. Exit out. do a quick history delete. Log off for the night.
>And remove cookies never hurts.
Won't do anything if they can serve search warrants to your ISP.

What? Did you accidentally watch straight porn?

Cuck

If NatSoc materials is crime so be it hang me like Jesus the kike

you can be charged for not knowing a law exist yes.
intent is a separate charge entirely.

like having drugs and not knowing a specific drug is illegal can happen.
everyone knows it's illegal to sell drugs on streets.
it's impossible to use that argument as even the intent of selling means you were trying to scam IRS from their tax dollars. an additional crime.
I digress, you'll still be charged, but it might be the difference on what you'll be charged for.

In all seriousness, child nudity is not illegal or half of '80s anime and family photos would be banned.

it would be extremely based if the government started arresting people that frequent a tranime incel website, but nothing ever happens

exactly, the moral of the story kids is to use proxy chains and a VPN to look up illegal content

>won't make a difference
It will.
If your entire argument is that it was on a website that has the capacity to hide what a picture is until you click on it (Any Forums for example). You continuing to sit there looking at pictures isn't going to help your case user.
You can prove spoiler pictures exist and archives can be used as evidence.

Do you see what I see

>and the Alex Jones defamation suit (which will be used against Any Forums).
this is a demoralization thread
I'm an attorney
none of you broke faggots are worth suing
you can't get blood out of the rock
you're the bloodless rock and it would cost $10,000 to squeeze you for nothing and then you could just declare bankruptcy and get rid of the debt.
day of the rake when

The Simon Wiesenthal Center can now use the Alex Jones sue as precedent to sue Holocaust deniers for emotional distress. Obviously, they wouldn't IP search Any Forums, they'll probably go after Nick Fuentes or Mike Enoch.
>inb4 Ben Shapiro sues Nick for emotional damages
