This is the correct libertarian approach. Make the vaccine available to anybody who wants to take it. If you don't want it, don't take it. If you feel you are at risk for monkeypox and you think ACAM2000 is your only option, then take it. Stop discriminating against women. Stop discriminating against heterosexual men. Make the fucking vaccine available to anyone who wants it. With 100 million doses in the Strategic National Stockpile, there is more that enough to go around for the people who want it.

The idea with live vaccines is it's real viruses but modified so they cannot reproduce. That means you never have more of the virus in your system than the vaccine itself contained.
