Russian military and police put up ambushes and barriers in both Luhansk and Donetsk to catch all the males passing by. They scan roads, they scan entrances, they hide in residential areas. You can avoid forced conscription only in two cases: 1) You are a student 2) You are registered in Russia If not, you will be sent to the frontline.
A guy I knew worked in transport service. He said they got raided and everybody got conscripted, no matter their documents, health status or anything. They now collect their belongings and wait for a call. Because there is no one to do the necessary work, some time later Russians arrived to take their place. Russians now build roads and new hospitals while most of the native male population is dying somewhere under Kharkov. There is no one to use them but women and children.
The only conclusion is that Russians are building all of this for themselves. Eastern Ukraine population is dying out and is being replaced with Russians. This is literal definition of a genocide.

Sad. Pretty much hell on Earth in that region. I think that was part of the plan the entire time. Zelensky is part of it. They are just butchering people. Zelensky is just a coke head pawn, playing his part, like the actor he is. Why else would Russia not block off Kiev, and allow them to run free. Calls it an operation. Its a genocide. The reason they built up the former prisoner battalion of misguided neonazis is to give Putin a pretext. Zelensky knew this as well because thats part of the deal. Pretty evil.

They keep having low salaries, they keep sucking off males, they receive no repercussions for having a dick.
