This is the problem at the heart of ""diversity"" and immigration. Mass immigration not only introduces obvious external threats, but it also makes us become worse people ourselves. It stops us from wanting to contribute to society and even our local communities and breeds a general sense of apathy and lethargy. Why would anyone pay taxes or build anything worthwhile for the future generations when you can be practically certain that those generations will be foreign interlopers? People have no expectation, or even hope, that things will be better in the future because of circumstances imposed upon us from above. It's this sense of hopelessness for the native population that is never mentioned. We live in truly dark times, so it's no surprise that so many have checked out entirely, enter cycles of self-harm or simply emigrate.
