FYI... If they modify the weather using cloud seeding, over a long period of time, and then stop in certain areas, it will have major climatic impacts. In addition to that, simply cloud seeding an area, will have effects in other parts of the world. What will happen? As various major governments fail to continue cloud seeding, which is already underway for decades, massive unusual weather events will begin happening all around the world. They will call this climate change. This is what they will shift to after they're done introducing all the modified bioweapons. Next they will stop cloud seeding in strategic areas. This will throw the weather patterns into chaos as the natural forces begin to find equilibrium. Its too late to stop it because they've already been seeding clouds for decades. When they stop, chaos will ensue. Cold areas could become warm. Warm areas could become cold. Cold areas could become colder. Rain, droughts, tornados, hurricanes and so on. We could even see things such as the continent of North America being covered in 50ft of snow for years, or decades. This is why windmills, and solar farms are a bad decision. MSR, thorium based molten salt reactors, gas/oil are the only way to survive. Both can be done cleanly. If they continue to go with wind and solar, they'll be dead by 2030

Forgot to add, with the MSR power stations, all the grids should be moved subsurface, using deep sea style cables. This is to harden the grids against 100 plus mph winds which will be common. Houses will be flattened in entire areas. We need to start building with steel and concrete. Wood structures won't handle the cold, winds, lightening, flash flooding etc. The main reason nations went with uranium based large centralized reactors was because they wanted the nuclear weapons. Now those stored rods must be kept cool or the world will end up with even more radiation poisoning. This will be more likely in the future because these facilities will not be able to withstand the storms. It should be considered a worldwide emergency to begin building as many of the MSR stations as possible, around the whole world, and tying the grid together using the before mentioned, underground cables. That is not happening therefore, you're all going to die when they stop cloud seeding. I doubt our current disgustingly corrupt governments could pull off a shift that large. Its possible, in theory. Currently their strategy seems to be, culling as much of the population as possible, and waiting it out in their bunkers. Typical of nepotistic and incompetent people in charge. They'll never build their wall city in time, and even if they did, it will be destroyed by 200mph winds and other weather events
