So, let's explain what the false flag was about. An overview:

He got out of his car, walked over, then took a pic with his professional camera, and for some reason the fire hadn't spread yet nor was anything burned out yet. Picrel for his car

Apparantly, Roland did it together with Antifa, according to Klokkenluiders. Picrel. Personally I suspect he wanted the scoop and did it all himself. But lefties and media still pretend muh evil nazi's did it, despite abcense of proof or motive.
There was also a large demonstration today in Groningen, where the light was also cast on Leafs, Leprechauns and the ''we were defeated by birds'' people.

The other photo was made a minute later. Seems like he drove up with his car (visible in the first photo), took the first photo at 03:11, walked to the other side and then took pic rel at 03:12, then called called the fire department at 03:13-14 (roughly 03:15). Considering the difference in the size of the flames he was there when it was lit.
