Extreme poverty in China in 2022 is 0%. 800 million lifted out of poverty in just ~40 years. The biggest miracle in human history. And this would have never happened under capitalism.

wrong

Did they change definition of poverty? Just like how west was vaccinated after they changed definition of vaccine to hold experimental gene therapy in it?

China sets their standard for poverty higher than the U.N.

chinese look after their own, youll never see whites act that way.

This literally happend thanks to those dumbasses accepting free trade in last 20 years dumbass

Didn't they just change the definition of poverty the same way the US commies changed the definition of recession?

This website has all of the numbers and if you scroll down you can see the graphs comparing U.S.'s $1.90 purchasing power compared with China's goal 6.3 Yuan per day. By this metric China set it's poverty standard higher for rural population than the world bank.

Im not saying that theyre not poor.
Im just saying without at least some capitalism being accepted in chine it wouldve collapsed back in 2000s

Is it relative to price of food?

>And this would have never happened under capitalism.
Everything post-Mao has been capitalism in China. This is literally cope.

If somebody in the West says to me, well, you know, China, they're just a capitalist country. Well, you're entitled to an ill-informed opinion. But before you give that opinion, can you name two important debates that have taken place in Chinese society over the last three years? Do you know the names of five people in China who write about poverty? Do you know what kind of poverty schemes there are? And with regards to COVID-19, why has the Chinese reaction been so different? Both the state reaction and public action—socialism, it’s not about the state alone. It’s about neighborhood committees, organizations and civil associations. Why is their reaction so different?

>word salad cope
There is private property in China, it is capitalist. No amount of unrelated debates, writers or poverty schemes can change this FACT.
You should be thankful, when China does shit the bed in the next 30 years due to them not having any kids over this time period of massive growth, you will be easily able to blame it all on capitalism.

Class antagonisms still exist under socialism, that's why it's the transitory phase.

Captcha called me a hag.

are you an absolutuely dumb faggot? China is capitalism in everything but name, the difference is that under an democratic rule it would have become massively corrupt.

They starved 10s of millions of chinks to death during the cultural revolution. That's what your ilk has planned for America next.

>lifted out of povery after embracing capitalism in the 1990s
Thanks, capitalism!

>i...it's transitory, China will ban private property in 2 more weeks, ignore the last 4 decades of private property those don't count!
lah-mao, holy cope

>Chinese data

They are a tightly controlled capitalist economy. Not a centralized one. They have “free” markets and a change to this is why things have improved so much. It’s an example of how communism failed millions for decades and then free markets rescued them.

Well you have to read the data. They said "extreme poverty". The average wage in China is less than $140/month. Which is Africa tier.

>Chinese annual income poverty line is less than what I make in two days

Lol.
Lmao, even.

yeah and weirdly enough despite their growth contracting more than expected in the past years they still managed to accomplish such a feat by the skin of their teeth

You do know 6.3 yuan is less than $1 right? Or do you just think people here are too dumb to check.

Most Chinese people are still incredibly poor, with most earning peanuts and over 300 million rural families living as subsistence farmers (as in, they make no money, they grow food to live). Any claims of China beating poverty is propaganda and anyone who goes to China and drives for more than 5 minutes outside of a city will see just how poor China is.

>0% poverty
Lol. Commies aren't even trying anymore with their propaganda. China's poverty is massive, China lies about their statistics, communism doesn't work, and you will never be a woman.

Capitalism is powerful like that. Even incompetent people like the Chinese can use the power of capitalism to help the people.

People live in corrugated steel lean tos with 2 chickens and a handful of vegetables. They have 5 teeth and drink moonshine. 0% poverty lol

Poverty is a judaized term now.
Poverty relative to what? An African living in the heart of african? He's 1000x more free than the average chink.

who believies commie lies?

other commies

fuck off op faggot commie piece of shit

>Communism doesn't wo...
>But but but it's not REAL communism!!!!!!
Kys. First you say no country has "real" capitalism and are actually communist. And then you say communist countries are actually capitalist. You're a dishonest clown
