the audio tape got him done. he was basically trash talking the people he shot while killing them. it was used by prosecution to build a case that he premeditated the murders by moving his car off property and hiding, creating an inviting target (his house) which he was waiting inside with guns and ammo at the ready

Burglary is such an invasion of someone's rights and sovereignty, you should be allowed to kill anyone who breaks into your property, no matter how enthusiastic you are.
The state sent this guy to jail for "luring them in" or whatever by making it look like he wasn't at home by moving his car.

He handed over all the evidence he had, including the recordings, that were ultimately used against him. The only thing he did wrong was shooting wayward white teenagers, instead of giving them a chance to redeem themselves. But I don't see "race traitor" on his rap sheet, do you?
