Why dont they replace all government vehicles like police and military with EVs before forcing citizens?

Why dont they replace all government vehicles like police and military with EVs before forcing citizens?

If they work fine What is holding them back?

One of their biggest current moves... they want high gas prices. As high as possible. This will kick-off their orchestrated push to get the populace into either electric vehicles or public transportation so that the government can fully control freedom of movement.

For the same reason gun control laws don't apply to law enforcement :^)

Are they really this stupid

>forced to buy an electric vehicle
>sitting in your pod eating bugs
>get a phone call
>find out your mother is in the hospital
>wait 5 hours to charge car just so it can go 100 miles
>wait 10 hours just for it to go 200 miles
>finish charging
>has to update, it will take 45 mins depending on connection
>update failed, restarting update and car wont even start
>finally done, unplug EV and get ready to drive
>voice comes on "there is a special covid alert today, you can only drive to your local store and back"
>if you drive longer or over so many miles then your EV will shut off and a tow truck will be called at your own expense
>press the agree button or the EV wont start
>start to pull out of driveway
>EV stops before you even hit the street
>EV voice asks if you would like to turn on auto pilot to the store
>you push yes
>voice asks you sit sit and watch these new ads until the autopilot is finished loading and updating the route
>finally are able to drive a bit but autopilot wants you to still hold the wheel
>get to the store and get a phone call, mother is dying from the vax... i mean climate change
>try to drive to hospital but car notices you are not following the assigned route home
>EV shuts down
>tow truck called
>you are on the EV's phone watching your mother die
>your mother is about to tell you her dying last words when an ad interrupts the call
>it's a 'get a booster' ad by pfizer

Good topic, but maybe better for fagbook or something. Obviously you are right, but this place is either shills and glowies, or people who already know what is up. This message is better directed towards normies. Good on you for making this thread though. You might still redpill a few people who lurk this place but don't know yet.

Obviously it is because EVs are easier to control. You can store gas in a way you can't store electricity. Vehicles that run on gasoline or diesel are a freedom they don't want you to have.

It is infinitely easier to shut down electric vehicles as opposed to gasoline and diesel vehicles which can have their fuel stored, and in the case of diesel vehicles, where one can even make your own fuel for it.

>wait 5 hours to charge car just so it can go 100 miles
And that's a high-end $60,000+ EV with a custom 220v home charging station. "Affordable" EVs get only like 150 miles on ELEVEN to THIRTY-FIVE HOURS of charge time. And still are $27,000+... while something like a new $21,000 Honda Civic will give you 40 MPG, a 500 mile range, reliability and untethered go-anywhere-at-anytime freedom.

Just by an EV, bros. $80.

>Buying a new Tesla is an exciting experience! They get great mileage, and the price isn't outrageous compared to other luxury cars! However, charging the car on your home 110v outlet can take between 20 and 40 hours!
>If 20 to 40 hours to charge your vehicle is out of the realm of possibility, you can install the 220v Tesla Level 2 charger. The cost of installation plus parts is $3,800, but you’ll be able to charge your car in only 8 to 12 hours!
>If that still sounds like too much, you could also charge your Tesla in 30 to 60 minutes at a 480v supercharger station. Since you’re only paying for electricity, it should also be an affordable experience! Unfortunately, it is not possible to install a 480v station in your home. 480v is restricted to heavy industrial zoned areas and you can not get 480v 3 phase service from the utility.
I fucking love science!

same with eating bugs and fungus.
same with living in a pod.

>50 ton tank powered by a battery
>One penetrating shot and the whole thing goes up in flames
Holy shit you're a retard

Ev? You pleb. youtu.be/9EcY6VDgz1M

How much CO2 is a tank emitting?
If the climate is this much in danger the guberment should stop producing them until they can become EV.

What is armor, and you Call him an idiot?

The electric utilities can't install that much infrastructure quickly. It's a two year lead to get transformers and add large capacity. Say your city wanted to electrify all the garbage trucks or busses. That's going to require lots of high voltage capacity and need tons of infrastructure. Even a parking lots with a bunch of police cruisers is going to take tons of power. By comparison, a household EV hookup is like adding another washing machine. It's just running another wire from your breaker box.

One little feather tickle to the Lithium battery and kaboom.

EVs are only realistic in households with multiple cars. They aren't a bad option for commuting and running errands around town.
