Video shows an unarmed guy ignoring the store owner, only trying to fight after he's been stabbed, and then trying to run away. If the justice system chooses to do its job, it's murder.
Not that I mind thieves getting stabbed to death. I'd love for everyone who appears on that video to be stabbed to death. But it's clearly not self-defence in any way. The owner approaches the thief who's going for the product. He's not frightened of him, he knifes him down like an assassin.
