It turns out that if you give an ai a whole lot of data points about your behavior over time and it can compare it to other profiles with similar data points and suggest things before your know you want them. The moral of the story is you sold your soul to Google by using their 'free' services and now they know you better than you do just by using statistics.

OP, you are not alone, I have noticed this phenomenon occurring since at least late 2017, it really started getting good in 2019.
Today, I can think of virtually anything, and my phone will auto-complete what I'm thinking about as I type it out in the Google search.
It seriously freaks me out sometimes how it can be 100% accurate.
