MBR (that prince from saudia arabia) was in Las Vegas hotel that Paddock was in. Probably fucking hookers and gambling like every rich sheik does. Then he got a notice from FBI/CIA that assasins from other saudi family were in the city ready to kill him. Those assasins contacted paddock to buy weapons in that hotel room. Paddock however was a former fed and probably ratted them out. They got hint that FBI will come soon to the hotel and then killed Paddock and just wanted to kill as much infadel as possible using M240 (not bumpstock AR15 as media and gov used as their story). Probably the whole ordeal was orchestrated by CIA to make MBR trust them, but thats a long con dunno.
