Another thing I would do is recruit some black male teachers for the elementary & middle schools. Not faggots either, dad types, so these kids have at least 1 male influence in their lives. Maybe have couple of gym teachers, couple of coaches, couple of vocational teachers and counselors and couple of cops in the school to encourage the kids towards goodness and educate them on how to act to be successful in the world. Not everyone is going to be a big brain so have avenues to trade school and good manufacturing jobs for the high school kids whose arenas don’t help them succeed. I think everyone would benefit from some black kids having a way out of the hood. Military school for the real bad ones isn’t a bad option either.
