It focuses on MSM camera feed that shows the mexican cowboy hat dude, carlos just standing around after the explosion. He's in the middle of it all just fiddling with that tiny american flag that he had for all those interviews. For at least 45 seconds, he's just sort of standing there, drops it in the "blood" and picks it back up and stares at it some more.
