I work indoors most of the time. I had a blood test done a while ago and it showed I had a large Vitamin D deficiency. I had to take a prescription form of it to get my levels to where they should be. I have to keep taking it to make sure it doesn't drop down to critical levels.

No we can’t once you get too far north. We used to eat fish livers for that very reason. People to inhabited greenland forgot to do this and died out. Their mutated bones are evidence of this. Cod liver oil once a day during winter is all you need, it has enough vitamin D in it.
