You can't raise an army out of that either. There are no soldiers out there that would fight for an empty cause like the EU. I don't give a fuck if some tiny country like Latvia or Estonia gets nuked tomorrow. The European Union has no patriotic value. You can look back to German or French history and find people that are willing to fight for that but the EU has nothing.
It is reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the 124th penal colony in Donetsk. There are reports of casualties and that Ukrainian prisoners of war also seemed to be there.
