Because if China gets taken over by a real country, everything will get more expensive. Chinese people get paid like fucking dogs, if the good guys take over we'd be forced to give them human rights, thus their employees get paid more which means less money for everyone else in the business which means prices spike so the CEO can afford a new boat.
Can't do it in Africa, Latin America, or India, because the infrastructure isn't there. China already has a million cheap warehouses and factories.
